Labyrinth
| Labyrinths are an ancient archetypal pattern and are found all over the world—the most famous at Chartres Cathedral in France, and Grace Cathedral in San Francisco.
Unlike a maze, which has dead ends, a labyrinth has a one circuit path which leads to the center and then back out. Walking the labyrinth allows your mind to calm, which facilitates contemplative meditative awareness. |
