Welcome to St. Bartholomew's Website

Labyrinth

Labyrinths are an ancient archetypal pattern and are found all over the world—the most famous at Chartres Cathedral in France, and Grace Cathedral in San Francisco.

Unlike a maze, which has dead ends, a labyrinth has a one circuit path which leads to the center and then back out. Walking the labyrinth allows your mind to calm, which facilitates contemplative meditative awareness.
